Could you give me some advice to these problems? Remember the expressions you need to use; either "If I were you, ....." or "You should .........." or "You shouldn´t".
Here are the problems:
1. My penfriend is English but I don´t speak English.
2. I would like to go to Kate Perry´s concert but I don´t have any money.
What should I do?
