4º ESO A.

Hi guys,
It´s time of letters. This is the situation: you bought something but it is faulty and you have to write a formal letter to the Human Resources Department of the shop where you bought the product. Remember to include all the parts of the letter: even the date and the signature.
Bye-bye.
Nearly forgot; the closing date is next Sunday: the 12th February.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm writing to complain about a television I bought at your big shop, Media Markt, the last 26th January.

When I open the box of the TV, It had a big scratch in the upper left corner of the screen. Also, the remote control wasn't inside.

I went back to the shop (the next day I bought the TV), and the shop assistant said me the screen was scratched by factory default and I will have the new television in my house within one week.

Now, I am waiting for the new television. It has spent 2 weeks since I buy my product in this shop.
If they don't bring me the new television in one or two days, I will go to talk with the boss of the shop to tell he about my problem.

    Yours faithfully,
