High time for the new written task. Write a postcard to an English speaking friend. And remember to follow the rules we talked about in class on Student´s Book Pg. 27: 6a. Deadline will be next Sunday the 24th November.

    Hi stacy!
    you won´t belive it!! Im in italy Sicilia, It´s wonderful. Im staying here for to weekends and I am really happy :) I get here by plane and by boat, it was amazing. You won´t belive it but I heard that Antonio Banderas was travelling with us !! I would send you the pick with the photo.
    The place I´m staying on its very beautiful, is a little bit bussy and noisy but is full of colours and many great sites I visited a great cafeteria with the best ice creams I ever tried mmmmm so yummy:p. Tomorrow we are going to visit the main square of Sicilia and the town hall

    Hi Emily!
    How are you? You said me to send an email to you about my next holidays, so here it is.
    I´m in New York with some of my old friends. We are staying at a youth hostel. It is so big! It has lots of bedrooms and an enormeus living room. We all have fun here.
    We travelled here by train, and in the middle of the jorney, it broke down and we had to wait for several hous until it started moving again. Then we got on the train. We arrived some hours later, so we missed the other train that we had to take. What a long journey!
    New York is so beautiful. It had lots of inrteresting places and I didn´t think about the big it is in reality.
    Yesterday, after we arrived, we went shopping. There is a library next to the youth hostel, so I think that I will go this afternoon to see if they have books of interesting places that we can visit.

    Hi Sarah!
    You told me to send you an email talking about my holidays, so here it is.
    I´so happy , because I´m in London! Now I´m staying with some friends in a youth hostel. It is very big and we have five bedrooms and a very big and beautifull living room.
    We travelled here by train and it have to stop in some places. The first stop I like it most because I was with an old friend for my country.The second one I dont like it because it was a person who was always doing stupid things. And in the third one there was a person who sold souvenirs and I bought it one. What a strange an fantastic journey!
    But it doesn´t matter, because I arrived here very good. I like a lot London and I like most the mall it is the biggest I have ever seen in my life. Tomorrow I´m going to go to see the London Eye .

    You remember when you told me to send you a postcard talking about my holidays,don´t you?
    Well,I´m in California,I´m going to stay there for a week. Now I´m staying in a hotel with my friends. It is really big,we have one bed each and a enormous living room. The hotel is near the beach,so I´m thinking to go there tomorrow. I have hear that in the beach there are some surf classes. Today we are going to the Golden Gate Park to have a picnic all together.
    We get in California by plane,but there was a little problem,there was a delay and we had to wait in the airport one hour.What a long journey!
    And this is all for the moment,

    Hi Alvaro:
    do you remember that you told me to sent you a postcard about my hollydays?
    Well,I´m at Italy, exactly at Rome.My hotel is near the Fontana di Trevi, it is wanderful and bigger than i thought it was.
    We went here by plane,but it was a problema and the plane stopped at Milan, so we decided to stay there one day and go to Rome by car from there,it was a long yourney but we saw lots of things while travelling.
    well,talking about Rome, it is perfect!
    at the momento we haven´t seen too much, bu tomorrow we have thought to go to the coliseum and spent the day there.

    Hi Jace!
    How are you? I hope you are fine.
    I have gotten away and I´m in new york with Jack.It is a wonderful place, isn`t it?
    We are at Victoria's hotel in front of lots of skyscrapers, here everything is enormous! People is very nice with us and they´re all day making jokes. We have met Nina and Tom. They are so cheerful and they are staying at the next room.
    When we arrived at the airport we didn`t knew where to find out the hotel so we asked some group of people and they told us. In front of the hotel there was a men who was waiting for us.
    When we entered at the room we got surprised; it was really huge and there were lots of pictures of exotic animals. It would be amazing to have your own weird animal, wouldn`t it?
    Well, the first day we have just stayed at the hotel because we were a bit tired because of the time change and...you know, Jack is always a bit lazy even though we have travelled toguether to a lot of places. We went to a restaurant near the hotel to have dinner.
    Today, we have already visited the empire estate and main square, we have stopped to eat lunch and then we´re going to see china town and other places around. I hope we can have time to see everything and maybe go to another state to stay there some days.We´ve bought some things for our families and we are looking for something special for you. I got a bit sad when you told me you could not come with us...
    tomorrow we´re going to a big mall to buy clothes because one bag got lost at the airport and we don`t have much clothes.
    I have talked with Jennyfer and she has invited us to visit her and her family at her house, we missed her a lot when she came here to study, you remember it, don`t you?
    I hope everything there is going right.

    Hi mark !
    You remember when you sent me a postcard with your family passing your holidays? So here i am in the caribeann islands with my family ,we are having really really goodddddd.Well I am staying at a very famous hotel call Vive La Vida Loca in which there are 7 swimming pools and 4 turk baths!!!! I get off Spain last sunday so i have been here for 1 week and another week that i have to be here.Last day when I was swimming in the beach I saw a little guy that was going to be ate by a enormous shark but then appears a lot of dolphins that defend the guy , that was incredible.I come by a plane which was a first claw plane it has a lot of spaces,isn´t?.Here I am having a lot of fun , it is a incredible place to go holidays,isn´t it?For the next few days I am thinking about gong to hunt some fishes but I know that is very difficult

    I'm in Rome!
    As I told you, I would liked to visited Rome. So, for my birthday my parents said me I had to get away and here I am.
    I'm staying in an enormous hotel with a lot of floors, the hotel also organizes activities.
    I arrived two days ago and during this two days something great happened, I travelled by plane and when I was going to take a taxi, my parents were there, waiting for me.
    The city is beautiful, but there are lot of tourists and sometimes is very noisy.
    I'm very happy because Italian people is very nice and friendly.
    Well, yesterday I wanted to see the Trevi Fountain, but when I was looking for it, I realized I was lost there wasn't any problem because a group of people helped me. The next days I'm going to see all the monuments I can and some museums.

    I am living in a caravan, incredibly, is comfortable My new neighbours are too nice with me. I had met Peter and caroline before, They are fine and they are staying at the house state that is in front of my caravan.
    When I appear at the harbour I didn't know where I can live when i saw a advertisement of a new caravan.
    I hear something yesterday about someboxing classe and i am going ti go to join in now.

    Hi Luzu!
    How are you? I´m fine here in the... U.S.A!!! We are living in a hotel near the empire state. I went here last Monday, during the journey we had turbulences on the plane but it wasn´t nothing .Everything here is very noisy it´s not very comfortable but is was cheaper than others hotels.Yesterday I went to a restaurant, it wasn´t very good but it was fine. Tomorrow I´m going to go to the tallest part of the Empire State.

    How are you? I hope you are fine.
    We are in your city in England we came with the high school.
    it was a very big city, isn't it?
    We are at Goring's hotel, from here we can see all England because we're on the ninth floor, it was so nice. In the room I am with Lolo, Rodrigo Garcia and Raul Benito.
    When we got in the airport we don’t saw anyone of the hotel and Paloma called to the hotel, the person who talks with Paloma said to she that we have to went to the hotel on Thursday no on Wednesday, at the end we had to sleep in the airport.
    Well the first day we stay in the hotel because we were tired.
    Today we went to the eye of London and the Big Ben, I loved it, the bad news is that Rodrigo Garcia was vomit in the eye of London, and I was with him in the cabinet it was so bad, but it was so beautiful when we saw all London in the eye of London it was incredible.
    Tomorrow the teacher and us we are going to bought something for our friends and our families.
    We're talking to the teacher so that one day we can meet with you and stay all the day with you, because we miss you, well if the teacher gone I phoned you and we talk.
    The other day when I phoned you, you said to me that the tickets of the cinema was 5 pounds, isn't it? It is because Paloma said to as that on Sunday we are going to go to the cinema, it is a very good idea.
    Well we see, I hope you are fine.

    You tell me to write about my holidays, I went to The Black Forest in Germany.
    I went by car it took us two days, we pass trough France, Switzerland, Italy and Monaco.
    We went to Strasbourg, Stuttgart and the castle of Disney the original not the one of Disneyland.
    We also went to a slide like a train very funny and long, I liked a lot.

    Hi Rodolfo,
    How are you? Im fine, I'm in Rio de Janeiro I came in a plane from Madrid yesterday. The travel was not too good, what's more it was awful because the food was disgusting and there were turbulences which were probably the worst part. Here all is awesome and beautiful,the nature is completely different from Spain and people is different as well. I will go to the beach near the hotel tomorrow, where there are a lot of people an the water seems that warm.

    Hi Kate!
    Hello! How are you? I am really good Can you notice where I am?I tell you, I am in Paris since yesterday.I couldn´t speak to you yesterday because Iwas very sleepy and tired because of the journey.
    I have to tell you what happened to me in the airport.While I was waiting for the plane with my family I saw a person stealing to another person , so I realised it was a buglar with a scar and I told to my mother and she called the police.Three minutes later a policeman came and asked us if we saw a buglar I answered and they started running to the same direction the buglar took.
    I didin´t know anything more about the buglar and the police .Then I enered in the plane and I sit down and they put me a film about a buglar.Later, I realised that the story in the airport was a representation of this film.I feel good and also relax.
    Now I am in the hotel , and I am going to go to see the Eiffel tower and tomorrow I am going to go to the Louvre Museum and I am also to go shopping I will buy you something.Wish me a happy and long journey.

    Im writing you about the message you send me.Do yoou now where i am?
    im in islas caiman.its is very pretty and its has got a very clear water in the sea.Well i arrived yesterday, but in the time taken to arrive here happened a strangething.My dog Whistle had been dissapeared,it is very strange isn't it?
    Well after 10 minutes we founded him.
    He was inside the packagge,what an strange thing.Now we are in the Prypyat hotel its very expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Bye and sent me another biscuit of your grndma they are really good.
